International Uranium (USA) Corporation ("IUC") is in the business of recycling uranium-bearing waste products as an alternative to the direct disposal of these waste products. In addition, IUC is engaged in the selling of uranium recovered from these operations. IUC also sells vanadium and other metals that can be produced as a co-product with uranium. IUC, together with its affiliates, owns several uranium and uranium/vanadium mines and exploration properties that are on standby.
