Company History
Millbank Holdings Limited is an independently owned recruitment and resource management business with an history spanning over 30 years and projected sales for the current financial year of £60m turnover.
The company employs over 80 personnel and operate from its head quarters in Cheshire, having a number of consultants based within client offices throughout the UK. State of the art recruitment and resource management systems allow the company to provide full cycle services throughout the UK and overseas to the highest standards of quality and safety. Millbank payroll’s over 1000 contractors every week and operates to ISO9001:2000 standards and are members of the REC.
Millbank have the experience, knowledge, personnel and systems to make a positive contribution to the recruitment process of clients working within the nuclear and defence sectors.
Company Capabilities
Millbank serve a number of industries, but operate predominantly within the nuclear, defence, power generation, chemical, process and rail industries. Our services include:

Millbank works with a range of clients on both a contingency and retained basis in the UK and overseas. Millbank’s discipline focussed recruitment teams are staffed by consultants with backgrounds in the areas of industry they serve, allowing for a fuller understanding of clients needs resulting in a highly efficient and cost effective service.
In addition to the recruitment teams, Millbank also provide specialist resource management services, including master vendor and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services. These functions see Millbank working with some of the world’s leading companies, often having teams embedded within the client’s offices managing the entire end to end recruitment process and the recruitment supply chain on their behalf. Having worked in such settings in the nuclear and defence sectors with a number of ‘List X’ companies, Millbank have a clear understanding of the security clearance process and issues and have an input into ensuring process conformance and improvement.
Millbank are currently managing contracts with values exceeding £50m within the highly technical end of the engineering and scientific sectors, testament to Millbank’s ability to manage large scale recruitment contracts. In addition to this, Millbank are the Resourcing Business Partner (Managing agent) to AMEC’s nuclear business in the UK and Europe.
Millbank provide high levels of management information and market intelligence to clients to ensure that the client is always fully aware of the progress of the recruitment process and able to ensure its clients are able to retain a leading position within the recruitment market.
