The D.I. Mendeleyev All-Russian Institute for Metrology (VNIIM)
VNIIM is a metrology institute and develops measurement standards, measuring equipment. Assitance is ofference to NPP in the field of metrological assurance of measurements of temperature, ionising radiation and in some other areas of metrology. In particular, VNIIM developed for Rosenergoatom an intelligent measurement complex (IMC) for drives of a control and protection system designed for VVER1000. This system provides a mean for monitoring the position of reactor control rods.
